"Adornment for Tennis Lovers"
"JewelryAsArt", is the new tennis-inspired designer
jewelry line offered exclusively by Tennis Affinity (TA).
The TA collection offers necklaces, bracelets, pins and bag
accessory/key chains created with crystal and glass beads,
artisan wire work and pewter tennis charms. "My goal
is to design wearable art pieces that are eclectic and interesting,
yet affordable." said Jan Ebling, designer for the Tennis
Affinity collection. Sandy Sanders, Tennis Affinity President
said as with other Tennis Affinity products… she hopes
to offer something for individuals, not the masses. Each jewelry
piece is hand crafted with uniqueness in mind.
Ebling uses a variety of "Desert Glass"
interpretations for an interesting, colorful element in the
necklaces and pins. "Desert Glass" is created using
a time-consuming technique to produce wonderful translucent
glass with a matte finish that comes in a wide selection of
colors and shapes. The iridescent and crystal beads along
with poke-a-dot lamp work beads give a new interpretation
to the words "tennis bracelet." The 'JewelryAsArt"
collection is viewable via the Tennis Affinity website along
with other tennis and gift related items. (http://www.tennisaffinity.com)
