Affinity uses CCNow safe and secure credit card processor to take
orders online. If you are not comfortable
ordering online, we will take your order via phone, but we must
receive your check or money order via US mail before we can ship
your order. No
credit card order can be taken over the phone. Call

ordering ---Easy 3 step process completed in less than 3 minutes.. When you find a product/s you would like to order click
on the
"Add to Cart"button.Your shopping cart will appear listing the
product you selected, you select quantity if more than one.
If you
want to continue shopping select "Continue

Your
order summary will appear. Review your shipping charges
and
order for accuracy. When you are ready to purchase your
product/s select "United States" as where to ship
to and choose "Checkout"

All information is processed through our CCNow secure
transaction process, if you choose the secure route.
Enter
your Credit Card information and click "Continue"
and your order is complete, make note of your order number.
You will be sent an order confirmation. You will also receive

If you ordered online or via US mail you can check
on your
order status by e-mail.
In
Stock ? All products are in stock, any special instances will be noted
on webpage. If there is a item on back order or a problem of any
kind you will be contacted immediately.

We ship out orders within 24 hours of recieving them --
Monday through Saturday,
except US Post Service holidays. Shipping Cost for priority US Postal Service
up to $15 = $4.00
$15 to $50 = $5.25
$50 and up = $8.95
over $100 = free shipping
UPS is available upon request

We ship your order via Priority Mail. If you have a preference,
or need your package sent UPS please specify your courier
choice in the notes box when ordering .

Taxes
We pay applicable taxes, like sales tax for Illinois residents.
No taxes on
orders from any of the United States.

We don't use your personal information for any purpose other
than your order. You may receive a mailing from Tennis Affinity
as a valued customer.
We periodically send product news to our customers.
Problems
with Online ordering? Check the following: There can be many reasons
for a card being declined.
1. Did you leave any spaces between the digits in the card number
or your telephone number? There cannot be any spaces.
2. Did you add any dashes between the digits of the card number
or your telephone number? There cannot be any dashes.
3. Did you enter a mobile/cell phone number instead of a land/fixed
line? It must be a land/fixed line (usually a home number).
4. Have you moved within the last six months? Please try it again
with your old address information.
5. Are you using the card outside of the country where it was
issued?
If so we will not be able to process your transaction.
6. Are you using a pre-installed version of Internet Explorer
5.0 or less?

(it is a complimentary service).
7. Have you tried your transactions within 30 minutes of each
other?
As a security measure, you need to leave a minimum of 30 minutes
in between transaction attempts.
