"Point of the Week" rules and information for Story Contest.

Prize to be Awarded
1. One variety gift box of Tennis Affinity Greeting Cards.

Eligibility
1. No purchase of any kind is required to enter.
2. No limit on entries per person .
3. The contest is open to anyone in the United States except employees of Tennis Affinity, their family members, and those excluded
as stated within the Rules for the Drawing.
4. By submitting an entry, winner agrees to the use of his or her name, city and state, and submission for advertising/publicity purposes
without compensation.
5. Winner must agree to promptly sign an Affidavit of Eligibility.
6. All entries become the property of Tennis Affinity and the contest judge.
7. Contest is void where otherwise prohibited by law.
How to Enter
1. Fill out contest form on Tennis Affinity web site.
2. E-mail Entries: E-mail your entry to pointcontest@tennisaffinity.com. Include the words "Contest" in the Subject box, your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, your "Point of the Week" story, your e-mail address, and if available, your fax number. E-mail entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, each Saturday of March .... 11th, 18th, 25th, 2001.
4. Internet Entries: Visit Tennis Affinity web site, http://www.tennisaffinity.com/contest.htm, where an entry form will be provided. Include your first and last name, and e-mail address. Internet entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, each Saturday of March .... 11th, 18th, 25th, 2001.
5. Contest begins March 5, 2001, 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and ends March 31, 2001, 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
6. Not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or illegible entries.
7. Entries must be complete to win.
Awarding of Prize
1. One winner will be selected by the contest judge at random from the four weekly winners. Entries received by the deadline dates as described above. Winner need not be present to win.
2. Decision of the contest judge is final. Contest judge is affiliated with the sponsor,
3. No substitution in prize will be allowed, and prize may not be redeemed for cash or other consideration.
4. Winner will be notified by e-mail on April 1, 2001.( no foolin!) The winner must respond that they accept the prize and send their contact information (mailing address and phone number) within 48 hours of winner notification or may be disqualified or forfit prize.
